GeneAb™ B7-H3 [IHC039] on Tonsil
B7 homolog 3 (B7-H3), also known as CD276, belongs the B7 immunoglobulin superfamily of cell surface ligands that regulate T cell activation and immune responses. Soluble B7-H3 binds a putative receptor on activated T-cells that is distinct from CD28, CTLA-4, ICOS and PD-1. B7-H3 is expressed by antigen presenting cells, activated T cells, and a few normal tissues, including placenta and prostate. Expression of B7-H3 is also seen in several cancer types, such as prostate, breast, colon, lung, and gastric cancers.
