LMO2 is a nuclear factor characterized by a conserved LIM domain. It is expressed in the Central Nervous System in a cell type-specific manner, and are involved in regulating the cellular differentiated phenotype of neurons. The IHC detection LMO2 is used to identify the B cell origin of Lymphomas.
